According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on December 9, a shareholder of CCIAM Future Energy (00145) transferred shares from Kingston Securities to Yue Shang International Securities, with a transfer value of HK$5.7077 million, accounting for 6.78% of the holdings.

Previously, CCIAM Future Energy announced that as of 4:00 PM on Monday, December 1, 2025 (the final acceptance deadline), it had received a total of nine valid applications and acceptances under the provisional allotment letters, involving 25.6092 million rights issue shares. This represents approximately 20.98% of the total rights issue shares available for subscription.

The remaining 96.057 million unsubscribed rights issue shares and 401,100 rights issue shares not sold by excluded shareholders (collectively referred to as the placement shares, accounting for approximately 79.02% of the total rights issue shares available for subscription) will be handled under the compensation arrangement.
