Wilmar’s Yihai Kerry Arawana reports 51% rise in first-quarter profit

Wilmar International Limited said on Apr, 29 2026 that its 89.99%-owned subsidiary Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd. (YKA) posted a 50.98% year-on-year jump in net profit attributable to shareholders to RMB1.48 billion for the three months ended Mar, 31 2026.

Revenue increased 10.92% to RMB65.53 billion over the same period, while profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring items rose 16.84% to RMB1.01 billion.

Basic and diluted earnings per share came in at RMB0.27, up from RMB0.18 a year earlier, and the weighted average return on equity improved to 1.52% from 1.04%. Net cash flow from operating activities dropped 59.50% to RMB4.17 billion.

As at Mar, 31 2026, total assets stood at RMB222.93 billion, down 2.53% from the end of December 2025, whereas equity attributable to shareholders edged up 1.50% to RMB97.88 billion.
