GREEN ECONOMY (01315) announced that from September 15 to September 17, 2025, the group sold all investor shares (2.7486 million shares of BAYZED HEALTH subscribed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jia Hua) in the open market for a total consideration of approximately HK$30.2 million. Upon completion of the disposal, the company will no longer hold any investment in BAYZED HEALTH.
