Sandmartin International Holdings Limited (abbreviated “SANDMARTIN”) has published its ninth Environmental, Social and Governance Report, covering the 2025 financial year (1 Jan–31 Dec 2025). The disclosure now includes the Group’s Indian operation for the first time, alongside plants in Zhongshan, China, and operations in the United States.

Governance and risk management • The Board retains ultimate ESG responsibility, supported by a cross-functional ESG team that collects data and drives implementation. • Climate-related physical and transition risks have been mapped; scenario analysis referencing IPCC RCP 2.6 and 8.5 pathways is in place. • Key risk areas span climate change, environmental management, waste handling, health and safety, supply-chain diligence and product quality. No material non-compliance with environmental or social regulations was identified during the year.

Environmental metrics • Total greenhouse-gas emissions rose 113.52% year-on-year to 5,146.76 tCO₂e, largely due to the expanded consolidation scope; purchased electricity (Scope 2) accounted for 99.15% of the total. • Energy consumption reached 7,756.89 MWh; solar panels installed in the US and India generated 0.25 MWh. • Water use was 10,167.78 m³, up 64.13% after higher production volumes. • Hazardous waste fell 86.62% to 0.51 t following process optimisation; non-hazardous waste was 44.40 t. • No product recalls occurred for health or safety reasons.

Social indicators • Headcount stood at 636, down from 717 the prior year; 53% were male. • Group turnover rate was 22.76% in manufacturing operations and 25.00% in distribution. • 98.27% of employees received training, averaging 2.62 hours each. • Zero work-related fatalities or injuries were recorded; 88 staff participated in health-and-safety drills.

Supply chain and product responsibility • SANDMARTIN engaged 265 suppliers across mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Vietnam and the US, all required to sign business-ethics and social-responsibility undertakings. • A conflict-minerals compliance plan is in force, and quality management systems at all plants are certified to ISO 9001. • Customer complaints totalled 41, mainly related to service terms; all were resolved within the year.

Forward actions • The Group will expand ESG disclosure breadth, strengthen climate-risk management and set medium- to long-term sustainability targets. • Board-level climate training and supplier engagement on environmental and social standards will continue.
