JNCEC (00579) announced on November 12, 2025, that its board of directors has resolved to nominate Mr. Guo Yao as a non-executive director, subject to approval by shareholders at the general meeting. Mr. Guo's appointment will take effect upon shareholder approval and will terminate upon the conclusion of the fifth board's term. Upon assuming his role as non-executive director, Mr. Guo will also join the board's audit committee. Separately, Mr. Song Zhiyong has resigned from his positions as non-executive director and audit committee member due to work-related changes. His resignation will take effect upon shareholder approval of the new non-executive director appointment.
