Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares on Jan, 26 2026 at an average price of US$74.7185 per share.

The shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 295,243,978 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.

The revised share count can be used by investors when determining disclosure obligations under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
