Wai Hung Group Holdings Limited (3321) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 6 February 2026. According to poll results, all proposed resolutions were approved except Resolution 4 concerning the re-appointment of the existing auditor.

The meeting approved, subject to final registration, changing the English name of the company from “Wai Hung Group Holdings Limited” to “Zhongke Group Holdings Limited,” alongside adopting a new Chinese name. Shareholders also passed all resolutions related to receiving the 2024 financial statements, re-electing directors, granting mandates to allot shares and buy back shares, and extending the general mandate for issuance of shares.

Resolution 4, which proposed the re-appointment of Global Link CPA Limited, did not obtain sufficient votes. Consequently, Global Link retired as the auditor of the company at the conclusion of the AGM. Both the board and Global Link confirmed there is no disagreement between them and no matter that needs to be brought to shareholders’ attention regarding this retirement. The company intends to identify a suitable replacement auditor in due course.
