Logan Group (03380) has announced that its offshore debt restructuring plan has officially received court approval and taken effect.
On August 21, the company disclosed in its latest update on the overall offshore debt restructuring that the petitions seeking court sanction were heard on August 4, 2026, before the Cayman Islands court, and on August 13, 2026, before the High Court of Hong Kong. As of the announcement date, both courts have issued orders granting approval for the plan.
According to the announcement, the approval orders from the Cayman Islands court and the Hong Kong High Court were filed with the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies and the Hong Kong Companies Registry on August 7 and August 21, 2026, respectively. The offshore debt restructuring plan for Logan Group took effect on August 21, 2026.
The final completion of the restructuring, as detailed in the announcement, remains subject to the fulfillment of all conditions precedent outlined in the plan before the restructuring transaction can be concluded. Following the completion of both the offshore and onshore restructuring, Logan Group will continue to focus on maintaining stable operations and ensuring the timely delivery of housing projects.
