ZA ONLINE (06060) has announced that its board of directors passed a resolution on May 22, 2026. The resolution includes two key decisions: (1) The company will not renew the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as its auditor. Consequently, PricewaterhouseCoopers will retire from the role of the company's auditor following the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for June 23, 2026.
