Prosper Construction Holdings Limited (stock code: 06816) reported no changes to its authorized capital and issued share capital for November 2025. Authorized share capital remained at 4,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.01, totaling HKD 40,000,000.

The number of issued shares also remained unchanged at 800,000,000. No new shares were issued, and there were no treasury shares. According to the company’s share option scheme, 80,000,000 shares may be issued or transferred out of treasury upon exercise of the scheme. However, no new shares were issued under this arrangement during November 2025, and no funds were raised from option exercises.
