CHINA SILVER TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LIMITED (515) has announced the appointment of Mr. Li Xianggen as an Executive Director, effective 24 October 2025. Mr. Li, aged 43, joined the group in August 2019 and previously held senior management roles in enterprises in the People’s Republic of China. He currently serves as a director and supervisor in several subsidiaries of the group.

According to the announcement, Mr. Li will receive monthly director’s remuneration of HK$10,000. His appointment is subject to retirement and re-election at general meetings in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association.

Additionally, effective the same date, Mr. Li replaced Mr. Guo Jun Hao as the authorised representative for purposes related to the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance in Hong Kong.

Trading in the company’s shares remains suspended from 9:00 a.m. on 2 October 2025 until further notice.
