Qunabox Group reports unchanged share capital and 2.06 million employee options cancelled in July 2026

Qunabox Group Limited (HKEx: 00917) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming stable share capital metrics and a modest adjustment to its employee share-based incentives. The filing was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 August 2026.

Authorised and issued share capital • Authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD0.00001, equivalent to USD50,000. • Issued share capital stood unchanged at 264.90 million ordinary shares; the company held no treasury shares at month-end.

Public float The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float threshold as at 31 July 2026.

Share-based incentives Under the Stock Incentive Plan adopted on 22 September 2021: • Outstanding share options declined by 2.06 million to 33.52 million following cancellations during the month, representing 12.65% of the current issued share base. • No options were exercised; therefore, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised in July. • The pool of shares that may be issued upon future option exercises totalled 33.23 million at month-end.

Capital structure integrity No warrants, convertibles, share repurchases, or other share movements were recorded during the month, and total treasury shares remained at zero.

Governance confirmation The report, signed by Chairwoman and CEO Yin Juehui, attested that all share-related activities complied with applicable listing rules, corporate authorisations, and regulatory requirements.
