24 August 2026 – AEON STORES (Hong Kong) Co., Limited released a bilingual circular detailing (1) a Very Substantial Acquisition involving a renewal offer to lease and licence, and (2) the accompanying Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

The circular is now accessible on both the company’s website (www.aeonstores.com.hk) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are being dispatched to shareholders who have opted for hard-copy communications.

EGM logistics: • Date & time: Tuesday, 29 September 2026, 9:00 a.m. • Venue: Function Room, Units 07-11, 26/F, CDW Building, 388 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Shareholders will vote on resolutions connected to the Very Substantial Acquisition and other matters outlined in the circular.

Communication preferences: Non-registered holders are encouraged to provide a functional email address to their custodians or brokers to receive future corporate communications electronically.
