For coupon periods 19 through 24 (26 August 2026 – 22 February 2027), the annual coupon rate (Ci) will equal the 30-day average of the Bank of Russia key rate (Ri) plus a fixed margin of 2.39 %. Ri is calculated as the arithmetic mean of the daily key rate from the 7th to the 36th calendar day before each coupon period begins.
