Asia Grocery Distribution Limited has released its 2026 Annual Report, the related circular dated 30 June 2026, the notice of Annual General Meeting, and the form of proxy. The documents, prepared in both English and Chinese, are now available on the company’s website (www.agdl.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 20 August 2026. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive e-mail alerts rather than printed notifications should provide their e-mail addresses to the company through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC). If no e-mail address is supplied—or if an address proves invalid—printed notifications will be mailed to the address on record at HKSCC.

Shareholders may request printed copies of corporate communications at any time by writing to Union Registrars Limited, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, or by e-mailing 8413-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. Previous written requests for printed materials lapse 12 months after receipt unless revoked or superseded.
