Shun Wo Group Holdings Limited (01591) disclosed a rights issue, allotting and issuing 133,333,333 new ordinary shares on 2 February 2026. This newly issued share capital was offered on the basis of one rights share for every three existing shares held, at an issue price of HKD0.14 per share.

Following the completion of the rights issue, the total number of issued shares increased from 400,000,000 to 533,333,333 as of 2 February 2026, marking a 33.33% rise in issued share capital.
