In the latest development, INGDAN subsidiary K-Tech Technology has initiated the listing preparation process, aiming for an A-share main board debut. Currently, INGDAN founder Kang Jingwei serves as the company's chairman.
Notably, INGDAN recently announced that the group has completed a strategic upgrade: transitioning from an AI hardware distributor to a fully-fledged vertical AI Token factory operator. The company has already signed cumulative intent-to-order service contracts exceeding USD 1 billion, with clients spanning global tier-1 cloud service providers, embodied intelligence companies, and AI model developers.
