Joy Spreader Group Inc. (JOY SPREADER) has scheduled a board meeting for 27 August 2026. Directors will review and approve the unaudited financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and decide whether to recommend an interim dividend.

The meeting will also authorise publication of the interim report. The current board comprises Executive Directors Zhu Zinan (Chairman), Cheng Lin and Qin Jiaxin; Non-executive Director Wang Hongpeng; and Independent Non-executive Directors Li Chenji, Fang Hongwei and Huang Boyang.
