iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited (01119) reported that its total authorized share capital remained at 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares, each with a par value of US$0.0001, totaling US$500,000. The company maintained 2,041,015,665 shares in issue and 23,390,000 treasury shares, resulting in a total of 2,064,405,665 issued shares as of November’s close, with no overall change from the prior month.
