Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd (Ausnutria Dairy) disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it bought back 80,000 ordinary shares on 20 April 2026 at prices ranging from HK$1.73 to HK$1.75 per share, spending a total of HK$0.14 million.
Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 207,000 shares between 13 April and 20 April 2026, all pending cancellation. The aggregate consideration for the five trading-day programme amounted to approximately HK$0.36 million, with a volume-weighted average price of about HK$1.74 per share. The 207,000 shares represent roughly 0.01% of Ausnutria Dairy’s 1.78 billion issued shares.
The buy-backs form part of a mandate approved on 29 May 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 177.94 million shares. To date, 0.01% of that limit has been utilised. Following the repurchases, the total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 1.78 billion, as the bought-back shares have not yet been cancelled and no treasury shares are held.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Ausnutria Dairy is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 20 May 2026, 30 days after the most recent repurchase.
