IBO Technology Company Limited (In Liquidation) (the “Company”) has released details on its ongoing restructuring efforts and provided an update on its plan to resume trading. According to the announcement dated 28 October 2025, the Company, together with the court-appointed Liquidators and an investor, signed a Restructuring Agreement on 30 September 2025. The investor has already injected substantial capital in line with the agreement, supporting both the Proposed Restructuring and the targeted resumption of the Company’s shares.

Information from the filing indicates that an application was made on 21 August 2025 to the High Court of Hong Kong to convene a meeting of creditors for consideration of a scheme of arrangement. The initial court hearing related to this scheme took place on 21 October 2025 and has been adjourned to 25 November 2025. Meanwhile, an extension application for the remedial period up to 31 March 2026 was submitted to the Stock Exchange on 6 October 2025, with further submissions made on 21 October 2025. As of the date of the announcement, no decision has been issued by the Stock Exchange.

Regarding financial disclosures, the Company has published its results announcements for the years ended 31 March 2024 and 2025, as well as for the six months ended 30 September 2024. Trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended since 29 April 2024 and will remain so until further notice, per the announcement. The Liquidators, acting solely as agents of the Company without personal liability, continue to manage the Company’s affairs during this process.
