Lai Sun Garment (International) Limited (LSG) and Lai Sun Development Company Limited (LSD) have jointly disclosed that they are negotiating a possible transaction with a potential purchaser involving a proposed disposal of certain assets. As of 27 November 2025, the terms and conditions for this potential disposal remain under discussion, and no definitive agreement has been signed. The negotiations may or may not lead to a completed transaction, and both companies have committed to issuing further announcements on any significant developments.

Trading in LSG shares (Stock Code: 191) and LSD shares (Stock Code: 488), as well as LSD’s debt securities (Stock Code: 40782), was halted at 9:13 a.m. on 27 November 2025. Following official submissions to the Stock Exchange, the securities are set to resume trading at 9:00 a.m. on 28 November 2025. Both LSG and LSD advise shareholders and investors to exercise caution when dealing in these securities.
