CH NETCOMTECH (08071) has announced that Ms. Wu Shan has resigned from her position as executive director, effective April 10, 2026, due to her decision to dedicate more time to other professional endeavors. Following her resignation, she will also cease to serve as the company's authorized representative and compliance officer under Rule 5.24 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules. Ms. Wu will not stand for re-election as an executive director at the company's upcoming annual general meeting. Effective April 10, 2026: 1.
