Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (Guofu Hydrogen; stock code: 02582) has finalised its H-share full circulation initiative, converting 18.42 million domestic shares into H shares. The converted shares will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on 4 August 2026.

Prior to conversion, domestic shares accounted for 19.91% of Guofu Hydrogen’s 126.67 million total issued shares, while H shares represented 80.09%. Post-conversion, domestic shareholding has fallen to 5.37%, with H shares now comprising 94.63% of the company’s equity base. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 126.67 million.
