The number of A shares rose by 1,652 from 1,895,565,505 to 1,895,567,157. Correspondingly, total issued A shares (excluding treasury shares) increased to 1,895,567,157.

In relation to its publicly issued convertible corporate bonds, the outstanding amount changed from RMB 12,999,139,000 to RMB 12,999,123,000. A total of 1,652 new A shares were issued during November 2025 pursuant to the bond conversions. The adjusted conversion price was RMB 9.67, and the corresponding number of A shares potentially issuable stood at 1,344,273,319 as of 30 November 2025.
