MMG (HKEX: 01208) has announced the completion of its share placement. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement was finalized on June 18, 2026.

A total of 706 million new shares, representing approximately 5.5% of the company's total issued share capital as enlarged by the issuance and allotment of the placement shares, were successfully placed by the placing agent to no fewer than six placees. The placement was executed at a price of HK$8.88 per share.
