SHOUCHENG announced that Beijing Capital Venture Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (Beijing Capital Venture Fund), managed by a company under the Group's SHOUCHENG Capital (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), has invested in Weifen Zhifei (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (Weifen Zhifei). This investment represents an additional funding round following the initial investment made in May 2025, and will further promote the investee company to increase R&D investment and team development, consolidating and enhancing its leading position in the field of flying embodied intelligence.

Weifen Zhifei is a leading domestic flying robot company, focusing on flying embodied intelligence systems, multi-aircraft cluster collaboration, and fully autonomous exploration flying robot algorithms and hardware development. It is one of the few domestic flying embodied intelligence companies that has achieved autonomous exploration flight in complex environments. This investment will help Weifen Zhifei further strengthen its R&D efforts in the flying embodied intelligence field and enhance the recruitment of high-end R&D talent and team structure optimization, injecting strong momentum for Weifen Zhifei's continued technological innovation and product commercialization in the flying robot embodied intelligence sector.
