Public Financial Holdings Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 16 July 2026 to consider and approve the publication of interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The meeting will also address other routine corporate matters. The notice, dated 6 July 2026, lists the current Board composition as follows:
