Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (MINIEYE) disclosed that on 16 June 2026 it allotted and issued 2.34 million H shares as consideration shares under the Sale and Purchase Agreement signed on 29 May 2026.

The new shares were priced at HKD 9.81 each, lifting MINIEYE’s outstanding H-share count to 325.18 million and bringing total issued shares (including treasury stock) to 333.52 million. The transaction enlarged the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) by 0.72%.

Treasury stock remained unchanged at 8.35 million shares.

The board confirmed that the allotment complied with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
