Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address—or whose existing email details are invalid—may opt to receive future corporate-communication alerts by email rather than by printed notification.

To switch to the electronic notification format, shareholders should complete the enclosed reply form and return it by email to 8179-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk, by post, or by hand to Union Registrars Limited, Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Postage is free within Hong Kong when using the attached mailing label.

Shareholders can also request hard copies of corporate communications at any time by writing to the same registrar address or emailing the above address. If difficulties arise in accessing documents online, printed copies will be provided upon request at no cost.
