SAINT BELLA GP Repurchases 64,500 Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 2.86 Million

Saint Bella Group Limited disclosed on 2 September 2026 that it bought back 64,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its authorised share-repurchase mandate dated 30 June 2026.

The on-market transaction was executed at prices ranging from HKD 3.085 to HKD 3.235 per share, with a volume-weighted average repurchase cost of HKD 3.1984. Total cash outlay amounted to HKD 0.21 million.

Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0104% to 619.33 million shares. Treasury shares increased from 2.80 million to 2.86 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 622.20 million.

Since the current mandate’s approval, Saint Bella has repurchased 2.86 million shares, equivalent to 0.46% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date. The firm is now restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 2 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.
