At the time of this subscription, two previously subscribed wealth management products from Bank of Hangzhou remained outstanding. These include a product for RMB 80 million subscribed on October 16, 2025 (the previously disclosed Bank of Hangzhou subscription), and another for RMB 80 million subscribed on March 19, 2026 (the March 19, 2026 Bank of Hangzhou subscription). The current subscription, the previously disclosed subscription, and the March 19, 2026 subscription are collectively referred to as the Bank of Hangzhou subscriptions.
