E-COMMODITIES (01733) announced that on January 27, 2026, the company entered into a counter-guarantee contract with Xiamen Xiangyu. Under this agreement, E-COMMODITIES agreed to provide a counter-guarantee amounting to a total of RMB 162 million to Xiamen Xiangyu. This guarantee is based on the company's 49% equity stake in Xianghui Energy and covers the corresponding proportion of the guarantee amount that Xiamen Xiangyu may pay to the designated bank under a bank guarantee contract related to specific bank credit facilities. The counter-guarantee also extends to any compensation payments, accrued interest, penalties for breach of contract, indemnities, and other related costs and expenses payable to the designated bank.
