Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. will convene its board of directors on Tuesday, 28 April 2026.

The agenda includes reviewing and approving the unaudited consolidated results for the three months ended 31 March 2026, together with their planned public release. The board may also address additional corporate matters during the session.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Wang Yanqing, who serves as Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. The current board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Wang Yanqing, Mr. Wang Jianxin, Mr. You Zhiliang and Mr. Wang Lei—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Zhang Mingyan, Mr. Dai Jianjun and Ms. Wong Sze Wing.
