Far East Hospitality Trust announced the actual cumulative distribution of 2.25 Singapore cents per stapled security for the period from Jan, 01 2025 to Aug, 19 2025.

The payout consists of 1.78 Singapore cents for 1H FY25 and an advanced distribution of 0.47 Singapore cents. The distribution is made up of a taxable income component of 1.98 Singapore cents and an other gains component of 0.27 Singapore cents.

Stapled securityholders on the register as at 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 07 2025 will be entitled to the distribution, which will be paid on Sep, 25 2025. Holders of Earn-out Stapled Securities are not eligible.

The next distribution will cover the period from Aug, 20 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, after which semi-annual distributions will resume.
