Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares on Jun, 17 2026.

The shares were acquired at a weighted average price of US$63.4904 per share, with the highest price paid at US$64.02 and the lowest at US$62.30. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

After the transaction, Jardine Matheson’s issued share capital comprises about 294.74 million ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, and the company holds no treasury shares.
