TRADELINK (00536) has announced the issuance of new ordinary shares due to the exercise of share options. A total of 150,000 new ordinary shares were issued following the exercise of options by an employee of the company. These options were granted on April 21, 2023, under the 2014 Share Option Scheme, which was adopted on May 9, 2014, and expired on May 8, 2024.

Additionally, 750,000 new ordinary shares were issued as a result of the exercise of options by a director of the company. These options were also granted on April 21, 2023, under the same 2014 Share Option Scheme.
