China Qidian Guofeng Holdings Limited (Qidian Guofeng) has announced senior management and administrative changes effective 10 September 2026.

Qidian Guofeng’s long-serving company secretary, Ms. Zheng Xuci, has resigned and simultaneously stepped down as the firm’s authorised representative under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.05. The board confirmed there were no disagreements with Ms. Zheng and no matters requiring shareholder attention in connection with her departure.

Ms. Xu Jing has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorised representative. With more than 24 years of professional experience spanning finance management, tax planning, investment and financing, internal control, and corporate secretarial services, Ms. Xu is a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Her credentials meet the company-secretary qualification standards set out in Listing Rule 3.28.

Ms. Xu will serve on an external service-provider basis. Ms. Zhu Jiaojiao has been designated as the primary liaison between Ms. Xu and the company, facilitating corporate governance matters.

Separately, Qidian Guofeng’s principal place of business in Hong Kong has been relocated to Unit 1705, 17/F, Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, effective the same date.

The board expressed gratitude to Ms. Zheng for her contribution and extended a welcome to Ms. Xu as she assumes her new role.
