Hang Lung PPT released an updated list of directors and their respective roles, effective 11 June 2026.

The Board now comprises ten members:

• Executive Directors – Adriel Chan (Chair), Weber Wai Pak Lo (Chief Executive Officer) and Kenneth Ka Kui Chiu (Chief Financial Officer).

• Non-Executive Director – Andrew Walter Bougourd Ross Weir.

• Independent Non-Executive Directors – Philip Nan Lok Chen, Andrew Ka Ching Chan, Anita Yuen Mei Fung, Holly Tianfang Li and Xiao Bin Wang.

Three specialised Board committees were also confirmed:

1. Executive Committee: chaired by Adriel Chan with Weber Wai Pak Lo and Kenneth Ka Kui Chiu as members. 2. Audit Committee: chaired by Anita Yuen Mei Fung, joined by Philip Nan Lok Chen and Andrew Ka Ching Chan. 3. Nomination and Remuneration Committee: chaired by Anita Yuen Mei Fung with Adriel Chan and Andrew Ka Ching Chan as members.
