China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (CPIC) released its monthly securities update for the period ended 28 February 2026. The authorized share capital remained at 9.62 billion shares, consisting of 2.78 billion H shares and 6.85 billion A shares, with no changes recorded during the month. The public float requirement for the H shares was met and confirmed as sufficient.

The announcement also reported outstanding zero coupon convertible bonds amounting to HKD 15.56 billion, convertible at HKD 39.04 per share. A maximum of 398.46 million H shares would be issuable upon full conversion of these bonds. No new issuance or repurchase of shares was recorded for either the H or A share classes during the reporting period.
