Yinsheng Digifavor Company Limited (3773.HK) has announced several board changes effective 28 October 2025. The moves include the appointment of Guo Wei as an executive director and the appointment of Chong Wing Kin as a non-executive director and chairman. Guo Wei, who holds advanced degrees in economics and has served in various economic and financial institutions, will receive annual emoluments of approximately HKD1.2 million. Chong Wing Kin, who has extensive experience in corporate governance and finance, will receive annual emoluments of approximately HKD300,000 and holds an approximately 13.52% stake in the company.
Meanwhile, three directors have resigned from their current roles. Non-executive director Fan Weiguo has stepped down due to other work commitments. Chairman Zhou Jinhuang has relinquished his position as chairman to focus on the Group’s business supervision and compliance responsibilities, but will remain an executive director and authorized representative. Executive director Guan Heng will also resign from the board while continuing to serve as chief executive officer to concentrate on business expansion in China. The company expressed gratitude for their contributions and welcomed the new appointees to the board.
