Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) said its executive chairman Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the company on Feb, 24 2026.

Following the on-market purchase, Lim’s direct holding rose to 2,310,302,456 shares, representing 28.814% of the glove maker’s issued capital. His deemed interest, held through family members and related entities, remains at 724,108,248 shares or 9.031%.

Combined, Lim now controls 3,034,410,704 Top Glove shares, equal to 37.845% of the company. The filing was received by the company on Feb, 24 2026.
