Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) shares dropped more than 6% during early trading in Frankfurt on Wednesday. The decline followed the company's projection of a slight decrease in quarterly revenue, raising concerns about its ability to effectively compete with Nvidia in the booming artificial intelligence market. The stock had already closed down 1.7% in Tuesday's regular trading session. Despite the recent setbacks, AMD's shares have still managed a 13.1% gain since the beginning of the year.
