Imperium Technology Group Limited (Stock Code: 0776) has announced adjustments in several core areas.

The company’s financial year-end date will shift from 31 December to 31 March, effective immediately. Consequently, the next set of audited consolidated financial statements will cover 15 months from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2026. The stated motivation behind this schedule change includes improved allocation of resources and avoiding peak reporting periods.

In addition, an independent non-executive director has resigned and a new one has been appointed. One director stepped down effective 28 November 2025, citing other commitments, and the incoming director will also serve as chairman of the remuneration committee and member of both the audit and nomination committees. The announcement also includes the appointment of another executive director as a new member of the nomination committee.

Lastly, there has been a change in the company secretary and authorized representatives. The outgoing company secretary resigned effective 28 November 2025, and a new appointment was made on the same date. The incoming appointee holds professional qualifications including CPA certification and extensive experience in corporate governance and finance.
