HAOSEN FINTECH (03848) has announced that its board of directors proposes to subdivide each existing issued and unissued share with a nominal value of HK$0.01 into five subdivided shares, each with a nominal value of HK$0.002. Currently, the shares are traded on the Stock Exchange in board lots of 1,000 shares. Following the effective date of the share subdivision, the trading board lot for the subdivided shares on the Stock Exchange will remain as 1,000 subdivided shares.
