Digital Core REIT secures independent valuations for global data-centre portfolio

Digital Core REIT Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Digital Core REIT, announced on Feb, 4 2026 that it has completed independent valuations for all properties in the trust’s portfolio as at Dec, 31 2025.

The assessments, conducted by Cushman & Wakefield, covered nine data-centre facilities across Northern Virginia, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Toronto, Frankfurt and Osaka.

Valuation reports are available for inspection by appointment at the manager’s registered office for three months from the date of the announcement. Investors may arrange a viewing by contacting the investor relations team.
