CEB WATER (01857) announced that the Board of Directors declared the following changes, effective February 2, 2026: Mr. Wang Yuexing will no longer hold the positions of Executive Director, Vice President, and member of the Strategy Committee; and Mr. Song Libin will step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer.
