At the project sites, Yang Bin outlined several key directives.

He emphasized the need to adopt a practical approach characterized by on-the-ground problem-solving, closed-loop management systems, and striving for excellence, while strictly maintaining quality and safety standards.

Secondly, he stressed the importance of setting and adhering to aggressive construction timelines to ensure the STO secondary sorting center and the JD LOGISTICS Smart Logistics Port are completed and operational by the end of May and July, respectively.

A third priority is to enhance coordination and service efficiency to address logistical support issues such as power supply, staffing, commuting, accommodation, and dining for project teams.

Finally, he underscored the necessity of upholding strict safety and environmental protection protocols, integrating quality control, workplace safety, and ecological considerations throughout the entire construction process.

During the visit to the Neijiang Postal Management Bureau, Vice Mayor Yang Bin extended greetings to the staff and inquired about the utilization of office facilities.

He affirmed the municipal government's continued support for the bureau in fulfilling its statutory duties to foster the sustained and healthy development of the postal and express delivery sector.
