LISI GP HOLD (00526) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of RMB1.116 billion, a decrease of 20.61% year-on-year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders was RMB44.619 million, compared to a loss of RMB26.234 million in the same period last year. Earnings per share stood at 0.5 cents.

The company attributed the profit growth primarily to reductions in the following areas: net valuation losses on investment properties decreased to approximately RMB600,000 from RMB203.8 million in the prior year, and impairment losses on financial assets and contract assets fell to RMB43.7 million from RMB73.7 million in the previous year.
