GILSTON GROUP (02011) announced that Mr. Chen Jinfu has resigned as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and legal process agent for accepting legal documents or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), effective from December 1, 2025. Ms. Yu Qianting has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent to succeed Mr. Chen, effective from the same date.
